When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday, ship the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends ship the next business day.

How long does delivery take?

Most U.S. orders arrive within 2–6 business days after shipment. Customers in California and the western U.S. typically receive orders within 2–5 business days since we ship from our fulfillment center in Anaheim, CA.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes! As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package in real time.

Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

Yes! We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Delivery timeframes and rates may vary slightly for these locations.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to 130+ countries via DHL eCommerce. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Applicable duties and taxes may be collected at checkout.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes! We accept returns within 30 days of purchase on unused items in original condition, including the complimentary Pocket of Prosperity pouch. When will I receive my refund?

Account credit is issued within 15 days of us receiving your return.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

If you added shipping protection at checkout, return shipping is complimentary. If shipping protection was not purchased, return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund amount.

My order arrived damaged or I never received it — what do I do?

Please reach out to us at wecare@crownedbystephanie.com and we'll help you right away. We strongly recommend adding shipping protection at checkout — it's the best way to ensure you're fully covered if anything goes wrong in transit.

Do you offer gift cards?
